Each mail-in is worth 5 Sweeps Coins, and Hush is unusual in letting you handwrite or type the card and envelope. Put the Postal Request Code in the top-left corner of a 4x6 blank card, then your name, email, and residential address, plus the required statement. The rules say the code is 6 digits, but the live code screen shows 12 digits, so copy exactly what the site displays. Use a stamped envelope with your return address and the words "Sweepstakes Entries", and post it from the same state as your verified address.
AMOE requirements
- Request code
- Unique one-time Postal Request Code required. The archived rules say 6 digits, but the live code-generation screen shows 12 digits; go by what the site displays. It must be placed in the top-left corner of the Request Card and can only be used by the participant whose Customer Account generated it.
- Request card
- Standard postcard or piece of white paper, 4" x 6", unfolded, blank and unlined. Handwrite or type all required text on only one side.
- Envelope
- Stamped envelope. Handwrite or type the return address on the front of the envelope and the words "Sweepstakes Entries". The rules do not specify envelope size.
- Card text
- One unique one-time Postal Request Code in the top-left corner
- Full name as shown on government-issued identification
- Email address registered to the Hush Casino account
- Return/residential address registered to the Hush Casino account
- The statement: "I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Hush Casino. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by Hush Casino's Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules."
