Critical requirements
Code upper-left; received within 25 days
You need a unique 13-digit Sweepstakes Coins Request Code from your account (open the Sweepstakes Rules > Request Code). Write it in the upper-left corner of BOTH the card and the envelope, in non-black ink (blue) on the card. The request must be RECEIVED at the PO Box within 25 days of generating the code (not just postmarked), and each code works once. McLuck is 21+. Each valid card is worth 4 Sweepstakes Coins.

- Unique 13-digit Sweepstakes Coins Request Code required. Generate it while signed in: open the Sweepstakes Rules, click the request code link, click 'Request Code', and follow the prompts; write it exactly as displayed. Each code is unique to your account and may be used only once. The request must be received at the PO Box within 25 days of the day the code was generated.
- Request card
- Handwritten Sweepstakes Coins Request Card (size not stated). Write the required information in non-black ink (e.g. blue ink). The 13-digit Request Code goes in the upper-left corner of the card. Handwriting must be legible.
- Envelope
- Handwritten envelope (size not stated). On the front write your return address, the URL www.McLuck.com, and the words "Sweepstakes Coins"; write the Request Code in the upper-left corner of the envelope.

- Upper-left corner: your unique 13-digit Sweepstakes Coins Request Code
- Your full name
- The URL www.McLuck.com

- The email address registered to your User Account
