Blue ink and 30-day receipt
Pulsz requires non-black ink, with blue ink given as the example. The 13-digit request code goes in the upper-left corner of both the envelope and the Request Card, and any request code received more than 30 days after generation is invalid.
AMOE requirements
- Request code
- Unique 13-digit Sweepstakes Request Code required. It is unique to the entrant's account, can only be used once on one request card, cannot be shared, and expires 30 days after it is displayed.
- Request card
- Handwritten Sweepstakes Coins Request Card in non-black ink, with blue ink given as an example. The rules do not specify a card size.
- Envelope
- Stamped, handwritten #10 envelope. Write the Sweepstakes Coins Request Code in the upper left hand corner above the other handwritten envelope information. Include the entrant's return address on the front, www.pulsz.com, and the words "Sweepstakes Coins".
- Card text
- The unique Sweepstakes Coins Request Code in the upper left hand corner of the Request Card
- Entrant's full name
- The URL - www.pulsz.com
- Entrant's return address
- The email address registered to the entrant's User Account
- The statement: "I would like to request free Sweepstakes Coins offered by Yellow Social Interactive Limited in order to enter the promotional Sweepstakes offered on pulsz.com. I agree to be bound by the general Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules."
