Critical requirements
One active code at a time
Important: DO NOT refresh your AMOE code until after your entry has been credited. Only the most recent code is saved in Spinquest's system. Submitting multiple letters is not allowed; only one letter will be accepted at a time, and any new submission will be invalid until your previous letter has been credited. The card must also include the customer username and the literal prefix "CODE:" before the unique postcard code.
AMOE requirements
- Request code
- Unique postcard code required. The card must clearly place the word "CODE:" followed by the unique postcard code provided. The code is unique to each customer and must not be shared.
- Request card
- Standard postcard or piece of white paper that is 4" x 6", unfolded, blank, and unlined. Handwrite all required information on only one side of the Request Card.
- Envelope
- Stamped #10 envelope addressed in handwriting. Handwrite the participant's return address on the front of the envelope and the words "Sweep Coins".
- Card text
- Full name as shown on government-issued identification
- Customer username
- Email address registered to the User Account
- The clearly placed word "CODE:" followed by the unique postcard code provided
- Return/residential address registered to the User Account
- The statement: "I wish to receive Sweep Coins to participate in Promotional Play. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Company's Terms and Conditions and Official Sweepstakes Rules."
