Critical requirements

Long statement plus signature

Thrillcoins requires a long exact handwritten statement, the company address on the card, Player ID, date of birth, signature, and MM/DD/YYYY signature date. The 14-digit Postal Request Code expires 30 days after display.

AMOE requirements

Request code
Unique 14-digit Postal Request Code required. Generate it while signed in by clicking the "Postal Code Request" link on the home screen and following the prompts. The code expires 30 days after it is displayed.
Request card
Standard postcard or piece of white paper that is 4" x 6", unfolded, blank, and unlined. Handwrite all required information on only one side. The company address and all information listed on the 4x6 card must be handwritten. Sign and date the card immediately beneath the handwritten statement.
Envelope
White, stamped, #10 envelope addressed in handwriting. Handwrite the participant's return address on the front of the envelope and the words "Sweepstakes Entries".
Card text
  1. Full name as shown on government-issued identification, in the top-left corner
  2. Email address registered to the Thrillcoins account, in the top-left corner
  3. Player ID shown in player settings, in the top-left corner
  4. Date of birth as shown on government-issued identification, in the top-left corner
  5. Return/residential address registered to the Thrillcoins account, in the top-left corner
  6. 14-digit Postal Request Code
  7. Company address handwritten on the 4x6 card
  8. The statement: "I am submitting this written request because I wish to receive complimentary Sweeps Coins in order to participate in the sweepstakes promotions currently being offered by Thrillcoins Casino. I understand that these coins are provided free of charge and do not require any purchase or payment of any kind. By submitting this request, I confirm that I have carefully read, fully understood, and expressly agree to abide by all applicable Terms and Conditions as outlined by Thrillcoins Casino, as well as the official Sweeps Rules governing the promotional sweepstakes. I understand that any misuse or misrepresentation related to this request may result in the disqualification of my entry. I declare that all information I provide is accurate and truthful, and I am submitting this request voluntarily for the sole purpose of entering the sweepstakes in accordance with Thrillcoins Casino's rules and policies."
